WolfPack Rentals Updates DBA, Expands Offerings, Acquires an Environmental Services LLC

FULSHEAR, Texas (January 5, 2023 – WolfPack Rentals, LLC (DBA: WolfPack Industries) (“WolfPack” or “the Company”) announced today that it has acquired 3-D Environmental, LLC.

Under the merger, which took effect January 1, 2023, the combined entities will now conduct business under the WolfPack Rentals, LLC legal entity, which operates under the WolfPack Industries DBA. WolfPack Environmental will operate as a service line within the WolfPack Industries portfolio.

Prior to the consolidation of businesses, both entities served the oil and gas, construction, events/entertainment and government industries. Additionally, although both were led by Stewart Cooper, CEO of WolfPack and founder of 3-D Environmental, the businesses operated independently of one another. WolfPack Industries will continue to provide its core surface-rental offerings – including workforce accommodations, communication solutions, power generation and lighting, water systems and sanitation services – to those sectors. The addition of the WolfPack Environmental service line broadens the Company’s environmentally focused offerings to include emergency response services, natural disaster relief, oilfield site analysis and cleanup, environmental remediation, site decontamination and specialized equipment rentals.

“This move marks a huge leap forward for our sustainability efforts,” said Cooper. “After seven years optimizing 3-D Environmental’s offerings as a standalone business, this merger was the natural next step,” he continued. “With our environmental services and industrial surface rentals working hand in hand, we’re better poised than ever to deliver expanded capabilities, improved efficiencies and superior environmental performance.”

In addition to an enhanced range of offerings, WolfPack Environmental will now provide environmental services across an extended operational footprint, which now covers the entire continental United States. Corporate offices and headquarters for all WolfPack Industries entities will remain in Fulshear, Texas.
