WolfPack Rentals, LLC. and its affiliates (“WolfPack Industries,” “WolfPack,” “we,” “us,” “our”) value your right to privacy and has implemented safeguards to help secure your information. This Privacy Policy describes how WolfPack collects, uses and shares your personal data across its digital properties (“website,” “site,” “social media platforms”) to personalize and enhance your experience.

Personal Data Collected

At WolfPack, we respect and honor your right to privacy. That is why we strive to collect only the personal information we need. Data we collect depends on how you interact with our digital properties. We gather the following information from visits to, behaviors on and interactions with our website (www.wolfpackind.com):

  • Identifiers, including your name, email address, postal address, unique personal identifiers, online identifiers, IP address, account information and other similar identifiers are collected to provide exceptional digital experiences. Digital properties where information is collected include, but are not limited to, our site and social media platforms.
  • Geolocation data* on the location of our rental equipment and devices. This includes rental equipment and devices during use.
  • Information provided in response to surveys, reviews and site interceptors (onsite chat and feedback collection).
  • Commercial information, including product and service information obtained from WolfPack.
  • Internet or other electronic network activity information, including, but not limited to, browsing history, search history and information regarding your interaction with our site and ads.
  • Audio information from customer-support calls, video information and electronic information from the internet or other electronic network activity information noted above.
  • Professional or employment-related information, such as business contact information in connection with credit checks performed for certain services.
  • The following classifications of personal information described in California Civil Code § 1798.80(e): (1) Identifiers listed above; (2) signature, (3) telephone number, (4) payment information* (which may include bank account number and/or credit or debit card number), (5) automobile insurance policy number, (6) information obtained in connection with a credit check (if applicable in connection with services obtained from us), including financial information and education, employment and employment history.

An asterisk (*) indicates “sensitive information” under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Unless otherwise stated, we intend to retain the above information for as long as reasonably necessary to for the purpose the information was collected.

Personal Data Use, Disclosure and Sharing

WolfPack may disclose aggregated, anonymous information about site visitors without restriction. We may, however, disclose personal information as described in this Privacy Notice to the following:

  • Contractors, subcontractors, service providers and other third parties we use to support our business. These include, but are not limited to, companies that process, store or transmit credit card information. These companies are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and secure and to use it only for the intended purposes.
  • Our customers, specific to the services we provide, including information related to driver and operator behaviors that occur during the use of rented equipment.

  • Buyers or other successors in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding in which personal information held by us is among the assets transferred.

  • Government entities, third-party cybersecurity experts or other parties as necessary and appropriate to ensure the security and integrity of our networks, or otherwise protect the rights, property or safety of WolfPack, our customers or others.
  • Third-party entities to enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements or otherwise protect or assert our legal rights, including for billing and collection purposes.

We may disclose personal data you provide, with your acceptance of our Privacy Notice, for any other purpose disclosed by us and may share your personal data with analytics providers for targeted ads. When we share information for targeted advertising or advertising networks, such sharing may be considered a “sale” of information under some state laws. You may request to opt out of information sharing at any time.

Protecting Personal Data

We take your right to privacy seriously and take precautions to keep your personal data secure. Third parties that process your information on our behalf of WolfPack Industries are required to comply with comprehensive security requirements. However, we cannot guarantee your personal data will never be disclosed in a manner inconsistent with our Privacy Notice (e.g., unauthorized acts by third parties that violate applicable law or our Policies).

International Data Transfer

WolfPack is headquartered in the United States of America, and information we collect is governed by U.S. law. If you access our digital properties outside of the U.S., your personal data may be transferred to, stored and processed in a country that may not provide the same level of data protection.

Privacy Rights

You have certain rights concerning the personal data we hold, subject to applicable law. These may include rights to access, restrict, correct, delete or refuse our use of certain disclosures. Personal data cannot be deleted without deleting your user account, if one has been established. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

Children and Personal Data

WolfPack understands the importance of protecting the personal data of children. We do not target, and our digital platforms are not intended for, children 13 years of age and under. We will not knowingly collect personal data from children in this age group. If you are age 13 or under, do not use our site, including any of its features, or provide any personal information though the site. If WolfPack learns a child’s personal information has been collected without appropriate authorization, it will be deleted as soon as possible.

Since our business operations and technology solutions are evolving continuously, we will need to update our Privacy Policy on occasion. Any changes will be effective upon posting to our site. You may choose to exercise your data rights at any time, by requesting WolfPack delete any of your personal data. We will take steps to verify your identity before acting on your request or limit our response, as required or permitted by law.
